Dealing with Anxiety

It's An Inside Job

Anxiety… it’s something we all face at times when dealing with the uncertainty of life. I like to say it’s just part of the process.

Though it would seem like the answers lie “out there”, our ability to deal with nervousness, worry, and anxiety is an inside job. Instead of trying to just “push through” it, we each have the capacity within us to reframe our anxiety. We don’t have to interpret what we’re feeling as “I’m not good enough, I’m not strong enough, or I’m not up to the challenge.”

Anxiety is just there and it’s how we relate to it — by embracing our feelings and getting comfortable being uncomfortable — that allows us to generate the hope and relief. I believe that once we understand suffering, it ceases to be suffering.

How do you begin doing that?

I’ve created a special Masterclass — Dealing with Anxiety: It’s An Inside Job — to share with you some of the very same practices that I’ve taught to Michael Jordan and Kobe, and athletes of all stripes and sizes around the world – as well as business people, students, moms, and even prisoners. I can teach you too.

Participants will learn some simple concepts and practices that will help them develop greater self-awareness and more self-regulation, the true key to getting out of survival mode and into growth mode.

I’ll teach you about how to begin creating space between stimulus and response so you can respond, not react, and a simple framework for accessing more Courage and Confidence in any situation. You’ll see how anxiety can be a stepping stone, not a road block.

The cost of this online class is $50 and you can register here. Or if you have any questions, feel free to message my Team by sending an email here.

Soren Kierkegaard, one of the original existential philosophers, calls this process 'the alarming possibility of being able.’ He says that "one side of the coin is uncertainty and the other side is freedom or potential.” The latter is what I want for you!

Won’t you join me to find out how?
